Itinerary
04:00 – Pickup and transfer to Ollantaytambo
We pick you up at your hotel in downtown Cusco and drive by tourist van to Ollantaytambo station.
Train to the town of Aguas Calientes
A ride of about 1 h 30 min along the Urubamba River, with views of snowcapped peaks and cloud forest.
Guided tour of Machu Picchu
We take the bus up to the citadel. For about 2 hours you'll explore temples, terraces and plazas with your guide, following your assigned circuit.
Free time and lunch
Head back down to Aguas Calientes for lunch (not included) and a stroll through the craft market.
Return to Cusco
Train back to Ollantaytambo and transfer to your hotel. Estimated arrival between 21:00 and 22:00.
