These terms govern the use of the website travelgg.negotiolandia.com and the purchase of tourism services from [RAZÓN SOCIAL – PRUEBA], RUC [RUC], a travel and tour agency listed in Peru's National Directory of Qualified Tourism Service Providers ([N.° de constancia DIRCETUR Cusco], classification: Agencia de viajes y turismo – Operador de turismo), in accordance with the Travel and Tourism Agency Regulations approved by Decreto Supremo N.° 005-2020-MINCETUR.
1. Service information
Each tour page lists the itinerary, duration, difficulty, maximum altitude, and what is and isn't included. Schedules are approximate and may change due to weather, road conditions, orders from the authorities or force majeure; in that case we will offer you an equivalent alternative or the corresponding refund.
2. Prices and currency
Prices are shown per person in US dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes. We display an approximate amount in soles (S/) using the exchange rate shown on the site; the final amount is always provided before payment. Entrance fees paid in cash at the destination are listed under “Not included”.
3. Booking process
- You send a booking request through the website. This request does not result in any charge.
- We check availability and send you the confirmation with a secure payment link.
- The booking is confirmed once we receive payment (deposit or full amount, according to the tour's policy) and send you the voucher.
4. Creator codes
Discount codes are granted to partner content creators. They apply a percentage discount to the published price, cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated, and may be deactivated at any time. Using a code does not change the terms of the service.
5. Traveler obligations
- Provide accurate information, especially your name and document number exactly as they appear on your passport (name-specific tickets cannot be changed).
- Carry the original document used for the booking.
- Disclose any health conditions relevant to high-altitude or adventure activities.
- Respect cultural and natural heritage and follow the guide's instructions.
6. Insurance and risks
We recommend purchasing travel insurance with medical and evacuation coverage. Some activities take place above 4,000 m of altitude; consult your doctor if you have any doubts.
7. Cancellations and changes
These are governed by our Booking and Cancellation Policy.
8. Complaints
We provide an Online Complaints Book (Libro de Reclamaciones Virtual). We will respond within no more than 15 business days.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru, in particular the Consumer Protection and Defense Code (Ley N.° 29571) and current tourism regulations.
