Creator Program Terms

1. Purpose

The [RAZÓN SOCIAL – PRUEBA] Creator Program allows streamers and content creators (“Promoters”) to promote our tourism services through a discount code and a personalized link, in exchange for a commission on every paid sale.

2. Code and link

• Each Promoter receives a unique code (for example, GG-YOURNAME) and a link travelgg.negotiolandia.com/r/CODIGO.
• The link stores the code in the visitor's browser for 30 days. If the traveler manually enters a different code, the last code entered prevails.
• The community discount is the one shown in the Promoter's dashboard.

3. Commission

• The commission is 10.0% of the amount actually paid by the traveler, after the discount and excluding entrance fees or services paid directly to third parties at the destination.
• It is considered earned when the booking's status is “Paid” or “Completed”. Canceled or refunded bookings do not generate commission; if a refund occurs after the commission has been paid out, it will be deducted from the next payout.
• Commissions are settled monthly, within the first 10 business days of the following month, once a minimum balance of USD 20.0 is reached.
• The Promoter is responsible for issuing the corresponding payment receipt (recibo por honorarios, invoice or the applicable document in their country) and for their own tax obligations.

4. Promoter dashboard

The Promoter has access to a dashboard showing visits, referred bookings, statuses and commissions in real time. To protect personal data, the dashboard only shows the traveler's initial; never their email, phone number or ID document.

5. Responsible advertising

• The Promoter must clearly identify their content as advertising (for example, with #ad, #publicidad or by saying so out loud), in accordance with commercial advertising regulations and Indecopi's guide for influencers.
• They may not offer conditions, prices or services different from those published on the site.
• They may not use misleading advertising, spam, paid traffic on our brand name, or self-referrals to earn commission on their own purchases.
• They must comply with our ESNNA Code of Conduct.

6. Term and termination

Either party may end participation with notice by email. Commissions earned up to the termination date are paid in the next settlement. Breach of these terms allows us to deactivate the code immediately.
