Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy

At [RAZÓN SOCIAL – PRUEBA] (hereinafter “TravelGG”), RUC [RUC], with its address at [Dirección del establecimiento], Cusco, Perú, we respect your privacy. This policy explains how we process your personal data in accordance with Ley N.° 29733, Peru's Personal Data Protection Law, and its current Regulations.

1. Data controller

The owner of the database is [RAZÓN SOCIAL – PRUEBA]. You can contact us at reservas@travelgg.com with any questions about your data.

2. Data we collect

  • Bookings: full name, email, phone number, country of residence, passport or DNI number (required to issue name-specific tickets such as Machu Picchu, train or Inca Trail) and any special requirements you tell us about.
  • Complaints Book (Libro de Reclamaciones): the data required by consumer protection regulations.
  • Creator program: name, username, channel, email and details for commission payouts.
  • Browsing: language, preferred currency and the creator code you arrived with, stored in technical cookies.

3. Purposes

  • Managing your booking: purchasing tickets and coordinating guides, transport and accommodation.
  • Communicating with you before, during and after your trip.
  • Handling claims, complaints and inquiries.
  • Calculating and paying commissions to partner creators. Creators only see your initial and the booking status; never your email, phone number or ID document.
  • Complying with legal, tax and tourism obligations.
  • Only if you expressly authorize it: sending you deals and news.

4. Recipients and transfers

We share only the strictly necessary data with the providers that make your trip possible (train companies, entities that issue entrance tickets, hotels, transport companies and guides) and with our technology providers (web hosting, email and payment gateway). Some may be located outside Peru; in those cases we require adequate levels of protection.

5. Retention period

We keep booking data for the duration of our relationship and afterwards for the periods required by tax and consumer laws. Complaints Book records are kept for at least two (2) years from the date they are filed.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection (ARCO rights) by writing to reservas@travelgg.com with a copy of your ID document. We will respond within the legal deadlines. If you believe we did not address your request, you may contact the National Personal Data Protection Authority of Peru's Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.

7. Cookies

We only use technical cookies: language (lang), currency (cur), creator code (ref, 30 days), session and cookie notice. We do not use third-party advertising cookies without your consent.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to the admin panel and passwords stored in encrypted form. We never store card data: payments are processed through the authorized payment gateway.

9. Minors

Bookings must be made by adults. Data of minors traveling with their family is processed only to issue their tickets and with the authorization of their parent or guardian.
