Frequently asked questions
How do creator codes work?
Each partner streamer or creator has their own code. If you arrive through their link, the code is applied automatically; you can also enter it when booking. You get a discount and support your favorite creator at no extra cost.
Do you charge anything when I send a booking request?
No. We first confirm availability and then send you a secure payment link with the final details.
How far in advance should I book Machu Picchu?
Tickets are limited and issued in your name. We recommend booking at least 3 to 4 weeks ahead; in high season (June to August), 2 months or more. Inca Trail permits sell out several months in advance.
How can I avoid altitude sickness?
Spend at least one or two days in Cusco before high-mountain tours, stay hydrated, eat light and avoid alcohol for the first few days. See your doctor if you have a heart or respiratory condition.
What documents do I need?
A valid passport (foreign visitors) or DNI (Peruvian nationals), the same one you used for the booking. Train and Machu Picchu tickets are checked against that document.
When is the best time to travel?
The dry season runs from April to October: clear skies and cold nights. From November to March there's rain, greener landscapes and fewer crowds. The Inca Trail closes in February.
Are you a registered agency?
Yes. You can find our legal name, RUC (tax ID) and registration number in Peru's National Directory of Qualified Tourism Service Providers at the bottom of every page.
I'm a streamer. How do I join?
Go to the Creators section and send your application. We'll assign you a code, a link and access to your dashboard, with a 10% commission on every paid sale.
